The woman involved in a sex tape with Kevin Hart in 2017 is now taking legal action against the actor. She claims that Hart and his friend conspired to record and release the footage to generate publicity for his comedy tour. Apart from Hart, she is also suing his former friend, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and the website, Fameoulous, for their alleged involvement in the scandal. Sabbag is seeking $60 million for negligence, emotional distress, and invasion of privacy. This lawsuit adds to Hart’s recent legal troubles, including a $7 million judgment and recovering from a severe car accident. TMZ was the first to break the news about the lawsuit.

Montia Sabbag is taking legal action against Kevin Hart for $60 million, alleging that he was involved in the filming of their intimate video.

Sabbag had previously shared details about her encounter with the married actor back in 2017 in an interview with DailyMailTV. In the interview, she mentioned that the tape was recorded during the daytime, and confirmed that Hart was not under the influence at that time.

According to Sabbag, the two of them, along with a group of mutual friends, went on a trip to Las Vegas in August of that year, where they eventually became intimate. She admitted that she was unaware of Hart’s marital status to model Eniko Parrish, who was pregnant with their first child during that time.

Recalling the experience, Sabbag said, “I was intimate with Kevin three times in the course of maybe three days. It was fun. We just clicked, had chemistry, and enjoyed each other’s company.”

She further revealed that she had no intentions of going on the trip initially, and had no idea that Hart was part of the group. Meeting him on the plane, she found him attractive but was not overwhelmed by his celebrity status. Sabbag described him as a gentleman and a nice guy during their casual encounter.
